Beth Cooper, GCFP, PT, was introduced to the Feldenkrais Method in 1996 and it has profoundly shaped her study and practice of physical therapy.  In turn, her knowledge of anatomy, well-honed hands-on skills, and experience with movement observation and analysis enhance her work as a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner.  Her teaching is also informed by 30 years as a professional performing artist, by her enjoyment of numerous physical endeavors—including canoeing, hiking, biking, dance, and aerial acrobatics—and, most of all, by her passion for learning.  Beth seeks to create an environment that encourages each person to explore their own pathway to greater ease and comfort in all their activities and to discover an expanded sense of self that supports living with curiosity, creativity, and spontaneity. She graduated from the Seattle Eastside Feldenkrais Training in 2012.

Beth currently offers private Functional Integration sessions, weekly Awareness Through Movement classes, special workshops and related events.
