This form integrates classic sitting meditation with various methods of engaging directly with the deep stability and wisdom of your body-mind. This body of work steers the modern practitioner away from meditation simply as a mental exercise toward meditation that is directed somatically inward. These powerful practices are based mostly on the ancient teachings of Tibetan yoga.
Appropriate for beginning and experienced meditators.
I have been Reggie's student since 2008 and have completed a rigorous teacher training for this work. I am authorized by him and Dharma Ocean Foundation to teach these practices.
