Back pain has many causes, but most of them can be addressed with better self-usage. That means moving better through all the everyday movements in your life. This introductory workshop in the Feldenkrais Method will help you feel how your whole self participates in every movement, leading to more comfort in your back, and more freedom to do the things you want to do. This workshop is also appropriate for anyone interested in maintaining their already healthy movements and preventing injury.
