January 21: Learn how you can better have a long winter’s nap and return to sleep after waking. LeeAnn will use Awareness Through Movement® (ATM®) lessons and Sounder Sleep® mini-moves™ that help you calm down midday and easily induce sleep at night.
- Are you stiff or sore at your desk or in your meditation?
February 18: Learn how to organize and employ your skeleton to support your uprightness so your muscles do not have to work unnecessarily. Mini moves are provided to promote your continued comfort beyond the workshop.
- Do you long for more balance and ease on walks or hikes?
March 18: Learn to enhance walking stability and freedom on two legs the way you first learned. Discover for yourself how child’s play on the floor organizes the whole self for walking.
