- SUN 1/22 "Meeting The Moment—Stress Resilience, Breath And Core Support": Improving our direct experience of the ground through lessons that create space and volume through the ribs and chest.
- SAT 2/18 “BackSense”: Exploring the divine spine in motion through lessons that fold, extend, twist and bend.
- SAT 5/20 “CenterSense”: Refining our sense of moving from center through lessons that explore non-habitual patterns of weight shifting and locomotion.
