Learn how to walk with more ease now and decades from now in this fun experiential workshop uses a series of learning blocks to build awareness and ease using Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement® lessons honed by LeeAnn Starovasnik since starting teaching in 2000. She shares tools she uses to prepare for long walks and reset herself midway through to walk further with ease and grace.
LeeAnn is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner(CM) who has helped those who want to walk the way they used to and return to ease, grace and joy in their stride whether they have new joints, pain or muscle strain.
